The beauty of using nano technology is that the wavelength of the light is 
large enough as compared to an individual atom to make it possible to build 
physical resonators and antennas.  We have been making them for radio 
applications for many years and know a great deal about how they operate.  The 
"Q"  of these devices can often be used to enhance the fields at their resonate 
frequencies and that might have applications in LENR.  Individual atoms also 
contain resonances at light frequencies as we all know and they are far smaller 
in dimension.  Figuring out the tricks involved in coupling between these two 
systems will yield useful applications.
