I recall this story now. Gene Mallove told me that someone dumped horse manure into Bockris' mailbox. He also said that various experiments around the country were disrupted or trashed, with glassware broken and so on. I think he recalled an example of this in Texas but I don't recall the details. It was long ago.
Mallove and Storms (I think) suspected that Wolf's samples were exposed to the campus reactor as malicious prank, giving these results: http://lenr-canr.org/acrobat/PassellTOradiationd.pdf I never asked Bockris about the harassment.
