This is a “Foreign Corp Registered Name” document indicating that Ampenergo which is an Ohio company (as the document states) no longer owns property in New Hampshire and has decided to stop paying taxes there. No company wants to pay taxes in another state if they do not have to, so when you no longer own property in that state, and do not intend to buy more – you may chose to drop your registered agent in that state and stop paying corporate taxes in that state.
