Do you mean that the unnamed company is not a manufacturer of E-Cats? Do you mean that "the fossil fuel device they were using" is one physical instance of a device type -- a device that they are using to heat one of their facilities and that they might (since they aren't a manufacturer) purchase an E-Cat-based replacement for that device from another company that did manufacture it? Would that company that manufactured that single E-Cat-based replacement device be AmpEnergo?
