Once again, I believe that you are slightly off-base - partly correct and
partly incorrect.

The "replication" was fully orchestrated by AmpEnergo and not by another
company, even though testing is being done on the premises of this unnamed
company. AmpEnergo is the exclusive licensee. They had the devices built to
Rossi's specifications. The "big manufacturer" is the customer of AmpEnergo,
and nothing more. They could conceivably take a bigger role, but Rossi did
not say that they have.

"Big" is a relative term. To Rossi, a big company could be almost any
company that has plenty of money in the bank. He has a history of using the
"big company" terminology indiscriminately in the past going back to 2011,
if you will remember.

Again, let's be clear: AmpEnergo holds the EXCLUSIVE and only E-Cat license
for the USA (and the Caribbean). The "manufacturer" which is unnamed as of
now is a customer found by AmpEnergo for a heating device to replace the
fossil fuel device they were using.

AmpEnergo could indeed choose to sublicense the E-Cat to this company or
another company or not, instead of supplying the actual hardware - but that
would be their choice. Rossi is effectively out of the picture in the USA.

                From: Jed Rothwell

... The name of the manufacturer - the one which AmpEnergo
chose to test the
device, will be revealed by AmpEnergo, which is in control
of everything
                now.

That's what we are saying. Some big corporation replicated
and is doing the testing.

I do not know why you think AmpEnergo or Rossi is in a
position to dictate to this company. I have the impression the company has
licensed the technology.
