Are you serious? No, you can't be. I have been in business for a long time, and I have dealt with large and small companies. I assure you, no business "that is done well" refuses to pay an invoice and then makes up excuse after excuse for not paying. That is what two-bit scam artists and deadbeats do. This is not complicated. Companies that do not pay their bills soon get a bad credit rating. After that, no one will deal with them. When a company asks you for credit, you look them up in a credit rating agency. If there are complaints on file, you tell them "cash in advance only." - Jed
