I think they missed more than one payment deadline. Do you mean the 1 MW reactor? As I recall, they had already broken up when he tested that. Perhaps there was an honest difference of opinion about whether he met performance milestones. Such disagreements are common in high tech ventures. I suppose BlackLight Power and its investors may have some disagreements along these lines. - Jed
