Jed I assume you are talking about the Craven/Gimpel experiment at the Cold Fusion at National Instruments Week event in August 2013?
I read it last Fall and was impressed. Those two seem to want to get the information out and provide their theory in an understandable manner. Their ideas nearly match mine as to a mechanism for coupling the lenr energy to the matrix of the surrounding material.
