That can't be true! That argument would never stand up in court. A court cannot decide what is "valid technology" or scientific truth. People can be sued for stealing trade secrets that have no bearing on reality or technology, such as marketing plans for pet rocks, a movie script, or the plans for an upcoming television show, and what the host's hairstyle will be. - Jed
