I've never thought Mills is running a confidence game. But I've been critical of BLP because it's perplexing as hell why they have had such issues getting into the public marketplace for over twenty years. They have had issues with patent office in past, etc. but I don't know how far railroading goes in explaining it. I've speculated perhaps they are contracting out their devices with non-consumer partners or something, but then why bother w/ public demos and videos like this? Shrug.
