I think it's in the "history" document that Russell points out that the configuration required for high-temperature semiconductors is identical to that for the formation of quodons.
It would be rather amusing if the "HT semiconductors exist though there's no agreed theory" and "Cold Fusion doesn't exist because there's no agreed theory" turned out to be the same!
