For anyone who is pursuing the 3.7 keV connection – which would tie LENR into 
dark matter via a radiation signature and a body of mathematics going back to 
1935 - here is a more comprehensive paper which does not consider LENR but 
lists a lot of other cosmological citations, and relates the emission range to 
a “sterile neutrino”. Wiki has an entry but methinks they too, are most likely 
confusing a related emission with the DDL, and that the 3.7 keV line is 
unrelated to neutrinos (or else both are related to fractional hydrogen). 
Perhaps the neutrino is a channel of DDL formation.

And lest we forget the amazing claims of Louis Kervran in biological 
transmutation, it should be noted that CaCO3 (as a transmutation product for 
chicken eggs) has a notable signature in its 3.7 keV fluorescent X-ray line.

 

The latter is possibly unrelated… if one believes in truly random coincidences.
