Something is screwed up with the system, 32 and 64-bit LSB shared
object cannot be combined.

Maybe you could set  Boost_LIBRARIES (using
-DBoost_LIBRARIES="/path/to/libprogram_options.so;/path/to/libfilesystem.so")
yourself.
