Many thanks for your prompt reply. We are using Ubuntu 16.04 and it seems that the base version for EIGEN3 is 3.3~beta1-2, according to http://neuro.debian.net/pkgs/libeigen3-dev.html
I found a similar issue here: https://github.com/OpenNMT/CTranslate/issues/22 I am wondering if there is any hint on upgrading to 3.3 here other than apt-get install?
