I solved the above problem by adding an extra pair of curly braces in the
file: orbreorder.h:59:13
Modified code segment is:
std::array<Index, 25> _votcaOrder={{
            0, //s
            0,-1,1, //p
            0,-1,1,-2,2, //d
            0,-1,1,-2,2,-3,3, //f
            0,-1,1,-2,2,-3,3,-4,4 //g
            }};
-----------------------------------------
Is this fine?

Thanks,
Sandipan
