The error below usually means your boost was compiled with a compiler that has a different cxx abi. Looking at the path of the boost package you are using, it looks like it was compiled with intel_19.1.1, but you are compiling votca with gcc-8.4.0. I have no good solution, except you could try to not load intel/19.1.1 impi/2019.7 mkl/2020.1 as you aren't really using any of these.
