I have done a similar setup (see wiki reference), but not with the added AP. But I think it would work. In the configuration shown in the wiki, I would add the wlan1 (the AP) and bridge eth0, tap0, and wlan1, leaving wlan0 out of the bridge for the OpenVPN connection. The Ethernet adapter is not really part of the VPN per se. The tap0 connection is, but it is just bridged to eth0. So adding another should fly, but I admit I have not done it.
