Do you mean you have this site in cliente mode and need an AP mode?
If so you should use an atheros card (if you don't have already) and use
madwifi driver. With this you can
use 2 VAP to do exactly this.
I'm not really shure what do you want to do so ...

I need to add an access point into the mix normally I would just bridge
the ethernet and wlan adapter but since the ethernet adapter is already a
part of the OpenVPN bridge that does not work. How would you guys set this
up to have a point to point backhaul and an AP all on a Wrap.2C (1
ethernet 2 mini pci) any help?
