Hi all

I've followed the traffic today with great interest (and sadness).
I must tell my story..

When I initially managed to purchase a modem (and thanx to Freeserve etc) I decided
to take the plunge and try to connect my /#humble#/ machine to the net I tried the Net
Connect package on Amiga Format 31 CD - with no joy. Armed with my instructions from
AF I attempted again using Miami /then /with Voyager as my browser. Eureka! I was up
on-line. Next (as prompted by Voyager) I attempted to register on-line using SecurePay
but had no success. My attempts were returned with several different confirmations of
orders (but no keyfiles). I started to panic, one debit off our Visa would annoy
my wife, but 4 for the same un-received item!

One e-mail to Olli and all was sorted. One more mail and I had my key file. (Though
I've yet to get my Visa statement;))

My point is that I can understand the frustrations of not getting a product you
'purchased' to perform as expected but with the support and dedication shown by all at
Vapor please please please never try to make it a personal issue as the people you
might be slagging off would appear to me to be more supportive of their customers than
any other manufacturers of any other products. They really CARE.

I know I've only been involved in this talk for a short time, but I can't impress on
other net users how good a product and service the makers of Voyager, Miami, Yam2,
X-Arc have to offer. IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN WITH ANY OTHER MODERN DAY PRODUCT.
