I agree with you fully. That's why I said I was sorry. I meant it, when I said
I was sorry. Ollie has done all he could in helping me figuring out what my
problem was, ever since I first posted my "crashing problems". After ruling
out all sorts of possibilities, wading through log-files of CyberPatcher,
snoopdos, checking my libs, my setpatch, my OS/ROM combination, patches (I
don't run any), he just couldn't figure out what caused my problem. He did try
hard though, and this is the kind of support I do appreciate very much. I only
didn't know that he hadn't received any of my requests for a key-file, so the
only option I saw left for me, was asking him in public. I was wrong in making
it a public issue, I already admitted that. Even if no-one has been able to
find out what was causing my troubles, he has tried his best, and that is good
customer support. Normally, if a mail isn't delivered to the recipient, it
gets returned to me by my ISP. Since this did not happen with any of the mails
I wrote Ollie about the matter, I assumed he got them. Since he just wrote to
this list that "this guy" got his "free" keyfile, I, being "this guy", will be
awaiting the keyfile. One point though: I had asked if it would be possible
for me to get a keyfile, since I had already a registered version of NC. It
was a question, and I was only waiting for the answer. Had the answer been
"no" for whatever reason, I would have registered V 2.95 seperately (although
not being all to happy about it, I admit), because I do want it. Of course,
now that Ollie said I got the keyfile, I'm all the more happy.

I would like to add the maker of MicrodotII to your list. Again, I am very
sorry for my behaviour earlier today.
