You can't be any more sorry can you? I wasn't trying to have a dig at you directly, I
was just making the above points in general - Vapor/Yam/Microdot, X-Arc, even
Wordsworth etc, back up is superb, as I say no other platform or modern day product
could claim to come even close. e.g. I own a Peugeot car. Try their customer service
line sometime for vague answers and shirking reponsibilities.
