Marquee is a very useful tag...blink can be as well. Like most things, it's
how you use them.
Compared with Javascript implementation, I would have thought marquee was
simple...but I could be completely wrong. (I would have thought support for
bgsounds was simple too, especially.wav ones, but again - I know NOTHING
about coding, so I could be completely wrong!!)
