True. Just because there exists the possibility that someone could put a
26Mb image on their web page, doesn't mean we shouldn't allow <IMG> tags,
does it?
"Delay media loading" rather than "Delay image loading" may be a good
option. Would stop embeded movies and maybe flash too.
