I hate to sound negative, but the reality is, we Amiga users
usually exagerate somewhat when it comes to trying to determine
how many people use Amigas. I just hope that the number is
above a few thousand... and I mean single digit numbers.

I know from my knowledge here in BC, Canada, and thinking of
the third largest city in Canada... being Vancouver... there
is only really one or two people doing any repairs to the Amiga that
I know of, and they have "other jobs" to pay the bills...

: (((

Meaning, not very many in this city of over a million!

Also, in the buy and sell press, a free weekly publication
dealing with sales of every kind, most of the time there
are only one or two Amigas for sale, and most are old,
1.2 or 1.3 Amiga 500's. As well, the president of the
biggest computer club had 4 A-4000 in the trunk of his
car for sale... still has them as far as I know, and the
prices were reasonable... much lower than on eBay.

I remember, not too long ago, when a man could work hard clubbing baby
seals all day long and then go home and have a tall, cold one with a clear
        conscience.
