There are others such as Freeserve and so on, due to offer 'free' and
unlimited access, certainly at nights and at the weekend.
Telewest do. Well, you pay �10 a month...but then it's free access, 24 hours
a day.
Right now, however, I'm sticking with a quality ISP with decent bandwidth.
The more people who move to BT Internet (and so on), the more it will become
congested as hell. I heard a few people say they had real hassle staying
online, with BT Internet, for more than an hour or so.
