Here's what I have:

Voyager           2.95 

MIME type         audio/narrator
Extensions        say
Use class dir     YES
View (also tried Save & View - no apparent difference in behaviour)
Viewer            Say -x %f
Use int. viewer   YES
Pipe streaming    NO

I did this late last night, and really didn't mess around too much, so the
answer is probably staring me in the face. But now, alas, it is time to
commute :(
