They are misunderstanding what Ghostscript does. GS takes PS output (which
Voyager does not provide) and renders it to a bitmapped device (monitor,
non-PS printer etc.)
V is outputting a bitmap, which *could* be printed on a PS printer, but
would look no better than the output from a bitmapped printer. What V needs
to do is render a PS file from the outline fonts and bitmaps that make up a
web page, and then this output could be printed via a PS capable printer, or
a bitmap only printer via Ghostscript.
