I have the same versions you list, and yes, I have the same problem.
Only a restart of V will get things going again.
O also have a problem closing Miami sometimes after getting off line
with Voyager. I get a message something like: "V's network or file
server is still open". Only a reboot is able to get MiamiDX closed.
I've just assumed these were V bugs which would be fixed in the upcoming
(according to Zapek's posted plan) version.
