I use Diavolo Backup. It's commercial, there are probably also free programs
available that do the same, but I really liked Diavolo's interface and all
that. It can back up to floppies, other disks, tapes, it can even back up
entire partitions. It even backs up to my DAT streamer, which I think is
really cool.

At some point I also made a 'special' ZIP disk, which was Amiga bootable and
had all important things on it like a relatively clean AmigaOS installation,
CGX and all necessary drivers and all keyfiles and other things. If all my
harddisks crash and my Diavolo would become unusable, I can still boot from
a ZIP disk and go on from there.

W.

P.S. The PPC card I received was broken. I sent it back a few weeks ago and
am now waiting for what will happen next.
