Perhaps for "head in cart" printers, like most of the HP line, but Epson's
ink is quite reasonable ~$20 US for most consumer models, as they don't sell
you new heads every time you buy ink.  Additionally Hammerhill has a line of
papers that goes by the name "Great White" that are quite reasonable and
perform as well, if not better than the Epson branded papers.  Example:
Great White® Imaging & Photo Inkjet Paper-Matte Finish, 8 1/2" x 11" Letter,
37 lb., 92 Brightness, Pack Of 100 Sheets  $9.99 at Office Depot.

That should make web page printouts look fantastic when Voyager gets
improved printing.  :)
