Hi!
it looks like i've solved.
Doing some more tests i've added to the exclusions of Kaspersky AV the
file netcfg.exe and then reinstalling the client the installer was
finally able to remove all the drivers and reinstall all them fully!
After rebooting i was able to estabilish a vpn session.
So i think that netcfg.exe has to be excluded from ANY antivirus if you
get the error during the installation.

I get Error 0x8007005 when I try to install the same version on a
Windows 8 system.
The only significant difference I can see is that
the W7 system has Avast Pro antivirus whereas the W8 system has
Kaspersky.
Anyone got any ideas?
