last bit of clarification:

vqadmin 2.3.4: stylesheet named vqadmin.css. all html referenced:

<link href="/images/vqadmin/vqadmin.css" rel="stylesheet" rev="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all">

now, under vqadmin 2.3.5: stylesheet named vpop.css. all html referenced:

<link href="../../../../vqadmin/vpop.css" rel="stylesheet" rev="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all">

i think the former configuration is correct. forcing a relative href life that kills interoperability, imo.

additionally, the stylesheet created by vqadmin is named vqadmin.css, right there in the html dir in the distribution. i would think that vqadmin would reference it's own stylesheet.
