I double checked and yes, all the html files have ../../../vpop.css
instead of
/images/vqadmin/vqadmin.css

I agree it should be /images/vqadmin/vqadmin.css.

So I updated all the template files and the Makefile.am 

I posted  the changes at
http://www.inter7.com/deve/vqadmin-2.3.5.tar.gz

Could you please test it and let me know if the changes work on
your setup?
