Get it from http://markus.schuster.name/download/linux/xen-vserver/patch-2.6.16.33-xen_to_2.6.16.40-xen-vserver.patch.gz It includes: - Updates from 2.6.16.33 to 2.6.16.40 - patch-2.6.16.38-vs2.0.3-rc1.1.diff - Corrections to make it all work together My productive server runs this kernel and it seems to work fine.
