I also wear perscription sunglasses. The last pair I purchased were gray,
polarized, coated and everything else - I'm sure you know the story.
Anyway, I went to Kaufmann's and bought a pair of Action Optics amber
clip-ons to wear to Yucatan on my bonefishing trip. Because they were
clip-ons that flip up and down, I did just that to test them. They were
terrific, particularly on the cloudy days when the contrast decreased.
Since I was wearing them over my polarized perscription glasses, I was
double polarized. I'm sure it made no difference, but I was telling my
friends that I could see crab crumbs on the lips of swimming bonefish.
