Quick question......unfortunately no quick answers.
You mention some great rivers, but all could be good
depending upon:
specifically when do you want to go? (you mention Winter & Spring)
do you want a chance for large native fish?
do you want to fish for greater numbers of hatchery fish?
do you want to float?
do you want to fish from shore? (wade)
do you use a Spey rod?
I could share some more info with you about the Queets and the Hoh,
if you could give more details about your plans.
