A couple of friends would like me to build them a fly rod later this Summer
and they don't have a huge budget to work with. I recall that I have heard
great things about Pac Bay rod blanks but have not had the opportunity to
fish one. How do they compare to other brands in their price range ($65 for
a 9' 5 wt.)? Other brands I am considering using are Reddington and St.
Croix so any A/B comparisons would be great. I am looking for feedback about
casting power and presentation, durability and warrenty etc.
