For just over a $100, you can get a machined reel that would balance nicely
with that rod.  I'd check out the Teton Tioga.  The 'best' deal out there
right now is the Scientific Angler Mastery reel.  An aircraft-aluminum
machined reel with a super high-tech drag, it's being discontinued, and they
are all over the web at about $110 for hte 8/9 weight reel, $120 +/- for the
10/11.  These are high quality reels at bargain prices.
