I'm wondering why the WDFW didn't have an "emergency opening" for pinks this year on the N.F. Stilly. Even if it was a C&R opening it would have provided an opportunity for fly fishermen to legally catch a salmon on the N.F. and get away from the humpy mayhem of the lower river.
BTW the Stilly was a rockin this morning......trees and everything else coming down the N.F.
