according to my telephone call with Curt Kramer, the WDFW guy in Mill Creek. Page 57 says someplace (I don't have the regs in front of me) that fresh water salmon fishing is closed unless specifically indicated. And the north fork does not have a season listed. Period. For ANY salmon. He was pretty critical of flyfishermen in general that knew better and continued to write about, advertise guided trips on and/or fish for SRC <wink, wink> on the north fork when they knew better.
I am gonna have to read and reread those regs.....
