David, Welcome to the list. It's great to have another voice from the east side of the state. The folks here are helpful, friendly and have an amazing depth of knowledge. I've only been fly fishing a little over a year and have learned an incredible amount from these guys.
Although I haven't fished the Little Spokane, I've been fishing the Spokane River in Riverside State Park quite a bit this year and am willing to share specifics if your interested. Let me know.
