Rob- What rod do you fish as I have fished both a 796 XP and a 1087 GL3 with 24' 300 grain heads and have had no problem. I fished a TS-350 which is 30' 350 grain head on the 1087 GL3 and that was pushing the road but it can be done.

How do these 300, 350 and so on lines compare to these lines? And I > am concerned that a 300 grain line will overload my #7 rod severely. > -- > Rob Blomquist > Kirkland, WA > >
