Assuming Im a glutton for the wind, rain, and cold when does the beach start to liven up again? (I swear I saw someone fishing Picnic Point in Feb last year)
I understand Sea-Runs spawn in Fall.(?) Do they winter in the fresh? (Asked for "Fly-Fishing the Pacific Inshore" for Christmas.)
