I'm very interested in tying some bass bugs in the very near future and was wondering where you all fly fish for large mouth bass in Washington?

I've read of quiete a few lakes online but most seem to be bigger (deeper) lakes not suited towards fly fishing...could be that I'm wrong about these lake though.

Thanks for any info.

I've tied mine so the longer portion was on top, looked more like bass poppers I'd tied that way.

Subject: Dink components

OK ya'll I finally found some dink components at The Morning Hatch in Tacoma.  I made my first popper and as always there is a lot of room for improvement.  My question is the dink component is elongated on one end, does longer portion go on top of the hook or underneath.  Granted the size difference isn't much (1/8"). Just curious.

Thanks,
Flig
