Everytime that I fished the Sultan, the water was low and stayed low, no
surprise coming from the reservoir.
Upstream of park (2-3 miles?), there is an access point where you can launch
your boat. Downstream of this access point, you can find some nice fast
waters where you'll catch whitefish..... I've never tried to find some
hidden spots on this river but I've always caught fish on nymphs (whitefish,
smolt, salmon).
