I fish exclusively with Thomas & Thomas rods and after fishing hard for several seasons, I broke 3 and 5 weight each one time and the T& T support was outstanding.
I also have some of the original Cortland rods as a back up which I learn to fly fish , and broke one this year.
Lady at the Cortland warranty service said ; just send the rod back to us with a $10 charge and we be glad to repair /replace the rod for you.
So far I had a great service on my rods , both on very expensive ones and low dollar ones.
I will definitely stick with companies as above , it is well worth investment.
my 2 cents,
Les

two of my rods have broken, both snapping in the top foot or so while
under 'normal' use (one while playing a fish and the other while
false casting.) While both have been returned to their respective
manufacturers for repair or replacement, I though the subject of gear
warranties might be an interesting question for the group.
What's been your experience with warranty repairs? Which
manufacturers really stand behind their warranty? Are some
manufacturers' 'limited' warranties so limited that they're really
just sales hype? How many fly shops handle warranty repairs for you
as opposed to making you deal with the manufacturer on your own?
