There's an article in either Flyfishg and Tying or Flyfisherman about catching stripers on the fly in Lake Texoma. Sorry I don't remember which issue, but it's within the last couple years. The message seemed to be to use big baitfish patterns.

 I was told that fly fishing is not a good option fishing for stripped bass in this lake as these fish are key in the the bait fish.  I would think some bait pattern must work on these fish?  Any one now anything about fishing in the Lake Havasu City area?
