Float trip tipping

My buddy and I booked a 3 day smallmouth trip with Little Creek Outfitters (thanks to those who recommended them).   So my question is, what the appropriate way to tip these guys and who do you tip? Is it the standard 10-15% to the guide?   Thanks in advance for your responses.    The Clarkster's
