I am still unable to post messages. I have successfully posted
messages on Campus using Emacs running 10.2.6 and IE. There is
obviously some kind of fault in my software that is causing the
problem.
Please help me. I can't fix this on my own

What happens when you attempt to post? Do you click the button and
nothing happens? Does it give you an error message?
