When I click the button nothing happens. I thought I mentioned
that before but I checked my Email and I didn't. I have also tried
deleting all my cookies and clearing all browser caches.

Yes, Safari on some pages seems to fail to recognise button clicks on
form buttons, possibly due to some JavaScript interaction that Safari
doesn't fully support.
I wonder if the pages HTML is valid. Can you open it in iCab and check?
